MEET ROHEE

Empathetic, passionate therapy supporting children and young adults to reach their best selves.

I’m Rohee, an occupational therapist dedicated to helping children and families thrive. My approach is nurturing, personalised, and focused on building skills, confidence, and meaningful progress, always at your child’s pace and in their best interest.

At Growing Abilities Therapy, we meet children and young adults where they are. We create tailored therapy plans that fit their needs, strengths, and goals. Whether it’s developing motor skills, supporting emotional regulation, or building confidence in daily tasks, we are here to guide, encourage, and celebrate every step forward.

Every child is unique and
so is our therapy.

SUPPORTING YOUR CHILD’S JOURNEY

Where growth is gentle, purposeful, and celebrated…..

Every child’s journey is unique, shaped by their own strengths, challenges, and pace. I take the time to truly understand your child,  their needs, their worries, and their world, so therapy feels safe, encouraging, and positive.

Through tailored therapy, we work together on meaningful goals, from building fine motor skills and emotional regulation to improving confidence in daily life. Every small success becomes a foundation for even greater growth.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

At Growing Abilities, we support children, young people, and families in the places that matter most – at home, in the community, at school, or even through telehealth. Our sessions are flexible, offered weekly or fortnightly, and range from 45 to 60 minutes, so they fit seamlessly into your family’s routine. We also offer personalised parent coaching, tailored to what works best for your family and your child’s needs. We love working collaboratively, connecting with other clinicians and practices through case conferences and joint sessions when it benefits the child, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working together to help your child thrive.

FOCUSED SUPPORT, TAILORED TO YOU

ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT SERVICES

Hailey is a highly qualified and experienced Allied Health Assistant (AHA) who has been working with the company since 2022. She has developed strong skills and experience in PDA-informed approaches, neuroaffirming practice and sensory processing, allowing her to provide individualised and appropriate support under the direction of the treating Occupational Therapist. Accessing support from an AHA such as Hailey can provide a more sustainable and cost-effective way to extend the impact of OT intervention, as she can support the implementation and practice of strategies recommended by the OT between therapy sessions. This enables the available funding to be utilised over a longer period while providing the participant with increased opportunities for intervention, skill development and generalisation of strategies across everyday environments. Hailey’s established experience and understanding of the participant’s needs also supports continuity of care and allows the OT to focus on higher-level clinical assessment, intervention planning and review.
